Looks like Meadowsweet, Filipendula ulmaria. A wild flower in the UK, but only a guess.

This is White Snake Root (Ageratina Altissima). Be careful with this one; it's toxic. Keep animals especially live stock away from it. I'm always hearing about Mary Todd Lincoln (Abe's mom) who died from ingesting milk from cattle that grazed on this.
