I have a WISTERIA in a tub on my patio, it has bloomed beautifuly the last two years,and about 8ft, i am wondering if i leave it till the winter and try and re pot it in a much larger pot, is this possible, thank you,Wendy Brixham Devon.

I agree with GG the autumn will be ideal to repot it.

Sounds a great idea to re-pot and it will be fine and waiting till winter all the leaves will have fallen off which will make it easier , may I suggests that you plant it in John innes no 3 soil based compost as this will sustain the plant for years rather than using a cheaper multipurpose compost, which runs out of food after 6 weeks and I have found holds too much water which may effect the roots.
