Can anyone tell what type of bush this is? : Grows on You

Can anyone tell what type of bush this is? It is in lower Michigan and has small red berries,

Might be a redcurrant bush, not sure. Might help to post a pic of the whole plant, so long as you haven't cut it back hard recently.
