Hello Bamboo, thank you so much for answering my question, as I have 2 dogs, I was worried about whether it was a suitable plant for my garden, so I am now going to pull them up.

It appears to be Solanum laciniatum - I think the tomato like fruits it produces are toxic, so don't eat them. Gets up to 3metres tall.
