I have had this plant for a few years but I never knew the name. Anybody know?

They like low to medium indirect light, and good drainage. I would allow the to 1/2 inch of potting soil to dry out between soakings. When it comes time to repot, I would use cactus mix, or blend some pumice and grit into a regular potting soil. They will survive without feeding, but survival is all that you could call it--better to give regular, moderate doses of a good houseplant food.

It's an Aglaeonema, sometimes called Chinese Evergreen in America - there are several different named varieties, all with varying colours and patterns on their leaves.
