They could be a Calendula variety, but there are loads of similar summer bedding type plants - this picture is too out of focus to ID properly, as Moon Grower says.

Well to be honest it was on a grave, the flowers caught my eye. The photo was taken at a distance and I zoomed in before I uploaded. I will try to take a better photo in the next few days.

They might turn out to be artificial.
