I live at 9,000' in mountains of Colorado. Our son is getting married in our yard this September 2
How do I or can I, get a second bloom out of delphiuiums,

welcome to GoY,
sadly I agree with Loosestrife2. dead heading when the first flush of floers is over sometimes results in a smaller second flush of flowers. as these are for a wedding I personally wouldn't risk it.

Each plant has its own method of re blooming if possible. Unfortunately, you won't beat the clock with any of the plants mentioned, not in four weeks. You might go on the web to get images and ideas of alternative outdoor wedding garden decor. Here's wishing you and the new soon to be bride and groom all the best that life has to offer!
