Probably need pollinating. The female flowers have baby squashes behind the flowers, while the male flowers just have thin stems. Take a Q-tip or brush and gather some pollen from the male flowers, and dust the middle of the female flowers with it, preferably on a different plant. Hopefully, you will start getting squashes--it will be a race with frost for them to ripen, though!
