Some questions: how long ago, precisely, did you take these cuttings, if that's what they are, and how long have they been in those pots? Do those pots have drainage holes at the bottom? Do you know if the cuttings have roots or not? What part of the world are you in?

Thanks for your expedite response.
Well, i i took these cutting on 9th of august , 12th and 9th of august,2017. since i propagate it is in the same port (disposal glass ) . There are jasmine and yes there is proper drainage hole at the bottom . I dont know where the roots growing or not but when i propagate it there were no leafs within 2 weeks i found buds and found leafs later on.

I am from Ahmedabad , India.
Please share your experience and assist me how to grow it how to get flowers ?

That's not enough time for proper roots to have formed; any leaf growth at the top was already programmed into the shoot and does not imply there are now good roots. When you take cuttings, you always make them fairly small or short, removing the lower leaves, and leaving just one or two at the top, so really, that long shoot with leaves at the top should have been cut down much shorter prior to planting into the soil, UNLESS there was already some root at the base of the stem when you potted it up. If there was, just leave it alone and wait - at some point, when it starts growing more, you will need to cut that long shoot right back.

I'm afraid you can't hurry up root formation - until that takes place, there's not much you can do. At this stage, root formation is more important than leaf growth at the top. How quickly a cutting makes roots is dependent on several things, primarily, warmth and humidity, and the type of cutting. Hard wood takes a lot longer than soft cuttings.

ohhh i see . Well, Mr. bamboo, you gave me the guidance and right direction to grow the plant.
it is much more useful then the people posted links on website. you mean it will take time to grow the roots and then the new leafs will come out. after that i will have to cut the old leafs mainly which growing on the top.
i will follow you now. And keep you updating. well, so how many days it will take to form the root properly ?
should i change the pot or let it grow in the same ?
Also the temperature hire is min. 25 degree and max. 35 degree. Should i give direct sunlight to these plants?

i propagate first time so have no idea how much time it will take to grow a jasmine plant. Youtube link saying 30-45 days but not satisfied .
Hence i approached you.

i extremely thankful to you and thank you from bottom of my heart for your advice.

I will be looking forward to know above questions too.

once again thanks alot..

Leave them in the pots you've used - because they're glass, you should be able to see roots once they grow quite a bit. Keep them out of direct sunlight, but not somewhere really dark, somewhere that gets good light, even dappled sunlight, but not full on sun. Roots tend not to like daylight, so it might be wise to stand the pots in a box or something, so that the pots are in much less light than the topgrowth.

Hard to predict how long the roots will be forming - you may find some don't grow roots at all and just die, but hopefully, some will grow on well. For the harder, woodier based ones, up to 6 months, for the softer based ones, 3 months - but it might be sooner. Keep watered, but not waterlogged, just water when the surface of the soil feels slightly dry to the touch, water thoroughly and allow excess to drain away freely through the holes in the bottom.

The soil mix looks like dirt out of the ground, too. Unless the local soil is exceptionally porous and well aerated, it can inhibit root growth. For future attempts, I would mix in some screened compost, with particle size centered around 1/4-1/2 cm--about 1/3 compost to 2/3 soil.
To stimulate roots, chop up about 1/8 liter of pumpkin seeds, and soak them overnight in a liter of cool water. strain out the seeds, and mix the solution with more water, about 5 ml per liter, and water the cuttings with that. Pumpkin seeds contain tryptophan, a natural chemical that acts like a commercial root stimulator.

Don't expect flowers straight away either - the plants will need to grow and become established before they have the energy to flower! One thing gardening teaches us is patience!

Jasminum sambac is faster than many, but I would still allow it 6 months if it is a single variety, or up to 12 months for the double kinds.

Mr.Tugbrethil: good day.
thanks for you reply. In the soil I have mixed 30 % riversand, 20-25% cowdunk powder and rest is garden/farming soil. India has different type of soil. we just dug and get the soil.
also it is quit difficult to get pumpkin seeds but impatiently I gave home made banana composit
