Moved house a year ago to a brown leafed magnolia tree. Fed it epsom salts. Flowered with huge blooms late August! (now). Is this a late species? If not, will it flower again in Spring?

Previous question
Is it an evergreen (I know you said it was brown, but you know what I mean!). If so, it may be M. grandiflora, which flowers mid to late summer.
