I think you mean Red Valentine, which is a gimmicky name used by certain sites supplying red fruited apple trees for valentine's day. I suspect what they supply is actually Redlove, which Suttons appear to be selling bare root in November and December, see link below

A Bamboo says, I think you will find that they are a bit of gimmicky apple. The inside looks red which is very similar to the Discovery apple which is a hybrid of Golden Delicious and Beauty of Bath. My personal opinion is, if you only intend to grow a few varieties of apple then this wouldn't be one of them.
