Hi Everyone
My tomatoes are really struggling to ripen this year I am thinking of putting them in a bag with a banana to speed up the process will this work. The reason I want to do this is that they are outside and the weather is very cold and bad here in West Yorkshire

Hi Steve yes that will work, ours were taking ages and I went and bought a banana - they immediately started ripening on the vines! Ours are in a greenhouse though - not warm enough to grow outdoors up here.
