Ampelopsis brevipedunculata?

it looks like it is Ampelopsis brevipedunculata, the porcelain vine. They are edible but not considered that useful as food but liked as a garden plant or house plant. it is woody climbing vine related to the grape apparently.

I grow a variegated version - ampelopsis brevipedunculata 'Elegans' - and got some seedlings from it this year.

No, I didn't realise they were edible. Have to say they don't look particularly appetising.

blue seems to be the colour that is most off putting of colours apparently.

That may be because we associate it with blue mould?

I love blueberry pancakes on Sunday morning, but this looks like beads for making costume jewelry of somethng like that - not with pancakes! :)
