why have all my apples on the tree got brown spots all over them and why havemnt i got any pears growing off my pear tree its 4 years old and the first year there were loads of pears and last year only one pear confused

Your apples may have bitter pit. Did you have any flowers on your pear tree in the spring? if you did they may have been caught by frost.
