Hi! The top one is called Chamelaucium or Wax Flower. Its native to Australia I think. Its gorgeous isn't it. I've seen it a few times in flower arrangements. No idea how easy it is to grow in the UK. The other one looks like Veronica. :)

Apparently it needs ericaceous compost and a conservatory :)

Lady Essex, you're going to be amazed when I tell you that as a result of seeing your question, I have just booked a place on a Floristry Course! Something I've always wanted to do, but never got around to. Feeling very brave today! :)

I think the white pyramid shaped flower is actually Lysimachia clethroides - but leaves would help confirm, which there probably aren't any of.

That would make more sense, as I've not seen Veronica in a vase. :)

Thanks for the ID’s on the plants.
Cottagecarer. Good luck with the Floristry Course, I used to work at a florist, I started there as a delivery driver then as a trainee in floristry but money was poor so I left but I learnt how to make wheath’s, flower arrangements & so on. :o))

A little tip if you have a Chrysanthemum that has started to shatter light a candle and let the wax drip into the open space as it will stop it dropping any more of its petals: o)

How do I say thanks?
