Hi All. I would like to move my Hellibore, when is the best time to do this? Also can I cut some of the old leaves off?

Yes you can take off the old leaves now. As for moving them, you can, but lift the plant with as much soil around the brittle roots as you can. plant into their new home asap and water well.
