Photo doesn't show the interior of the flower, and what shape that takes is important for ID, along with height, spread, thorns and foliage of the plant so these are guesses: Blue Moon, Violet's Pride.

If this is not a real rose you've taken a picture of yourself, but one you've seen somewhere as an image, the colour of the flower may not be quite as lilac as it appears in the image.
