Does anyone know what this plant is? The leaf is like a Busy Lizzy, but it has a thick stem like a small tree.
Thanks

there are some taller varieties of impatiens and this looks like one of them that has lost its lower leaves.

Stem and leaves both say Busy Lizzie to me. I would cut the top off and reroot it - roots easily in just water.

It belongs to my friend, Ray. I hope it is a Parrot plant. We will just have to wait until it flowers.
Thanks anyway.

It looks like Brugmansia (angel's trumpet), if it is its very poisonous but beautiful. The thickend stem gave me the idea.

Will you let us know wen you find out Linda? If you add the new info to this blog we should see it.

Hi, I don't think it's Brugmansia, the leaves are far too small, I agree with the others, Impatiens, or buzy lizzie, Derek.

That cheers me up Derek.
