First of all only if you have grown earlies. Secondly, I'm afraid that although you have lots of tops, it doesn't necessarily mean that the tubers will be large. Then, if they have had plenty of water and feed they should be OK. All you can do is to wait until late July and just stick your fingers down into the compost and feel for them.
