Looking for a v. healthy rose to go in a corner facing N and E to hide ugly 6' fencing, with repeat flowering. Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks. I've experience of both those - both good do-ers.
My 'New Dawn' doesn't do very well, - probably not getting enough sun and I find it's not a healthy variety.

My new dawn is a cutting from one planted in my mum's garden in 1936, the year after it was awarded an RHS AGM status. I know that David Austen rose people have 'improved it' apparently but not sure if it is improved and I don't think it looks the same now either.
does it get blackspot? I've had no trouble with mine at all. odd isn't it?
