Please can someone remind me of the name of this tree? My boss grew it from a seed a couple of years ago. It has pretty yellow flowers followed by fleshy pods which dry crispy with black seeds inside.

Thank you Arbuthnot. You’re right. I’ll tell my boss in the morning. I have retrieved a few pods as I am going to attempt to grow one myself.

It's really a large shrub and believe it's called Colutea or Bladder Senna. As children we used to love to pop the pods - even if the bush was in someone's garden!
