I have just had a look at their website and they have no customer service telephone or contact address. They are totally online and it would seem that you can only contact by email. Their reviews are very mixed so I would suggest that I would rather go and see what I'm buying if you can pick one up locally. This way, you will not have any shipping to pay. (Even if it's free shipping, you are still paying in the original price).
