bought some tomatoes from sainsburys RUBY JEWEL can't find anywhere were to buy the seeds for next year I grow my own tomatoes but like the taste of these and want to try them for next year.

SBG has hit on the answer. It would seem that it is a variety that is only available to commercial growers and could only be grown under licence from the breeders. They are probably F1's so no use saving the seed.

why not save the seeds from your toms and grow your own

It is an F1, so it won't come true from seed. Though the characteristics of the seedlings will be interesting, your chances of getting an exact match are pretty slim.

The true name of the variety is 'Papaletto RZ', and this is as far as I have gotten so far:

commercial growers usually have seeds that are not available for the home grower. you could put the varietal name in your search bar and see if any seed merchant offers them.
