Could you name this Fuchsia please. A lovely neighbour gave it to me last year and it has flowered non stop this summer. Gorgeous yellow inside.

Definitely a Phygelius.

Yes it's Phygelius, not a 'proper' Fuchsia at all although it's common name is 'Cape Fuchsia' and also 'Cape Figwort'
It belongs to the family Scrophulariaceae
Fuchsias belong to the Onagraceae, same as the Evening Primrose and Willowherb

Some phygelius can get really big and bushy. I had to get rid of mine as it got much too big for the spot where I wanted it.

Could it be Phygelius Homebird sometimes called the Cape Fuchsia? It's not like any Fuchsia I've ever seen. Very pretty.
