My Hebe (sorry inherited, so don't know which one) appears to have been Sun burnt. It is well established (about 3 ft high) with little shoots at the base. If I chop off at the bottom, will it re-grow?

If you live in the midlands or the north, I'd leave it alone till spring and cut back then.

When I did this I did it half at a time to be on the safe side and it did grow. If the shoots grow now they might be still too sappy to survive a hard winter and doing half would be a safeguard.
