Hi, in my new garden i have astrantias, do they flower all year?
Also, a winter rose, helleborous, could I divide this?

No they die back in winter. If you have a large mature hellebore you could possblydivide it but leave young ones alone.
They aren't very keen on disturbance and I would leave well alone.
