Actually, tried to find it through Google Search, using cactuses and succulents, and hanging down flowers, but did not find this particular flower or plant.

Using pendant rather than hanging down another time might be more successful

Some variety of kalanchoe, it appears... is it?

Yep, some kind of Kalanchoe, but there are dozens to choose from. Maybe K. marnieriana?

Definitely a Kalanchoe but if you could show the leaves it may give a better clue as to the species.

I was thinking Echeveria. Another big family? But a succulent with pendant, tubular flowers on a tall stem. Flowers usually red/pink & yellow?

Kalanchoes usually have flowers in rounded clusters--some variation of what is called a cyme--while Echeverias bear flowers in branching spikes.

Kalanchoe or Bryophyllum, but as to which variety, there are an awful lot - K.marnierana, as Tugbrethil suggests, is close, or very similar, but there are a host of others...

Cotyledon orbiculata is another possibility, though that usually has grayer leaves.

Couple of pointers - if you want a plant to be ID'd, its best to show the entire plant so we can see growth habit and size, and then a close up of foliage and/or flower. Foliage and growth habit are very important when a plant has flowers that aren't readily recognised - in this case, these are fairly distinctive, and the plant appears to be a succulent of some sort; if you're lucky, someone will know what it is from what little can be seen of the plant in your image.
