No kisses necessary Graham, a manly grunt would do😄

He he, that;s funny Darren...
I don't know this plant, but it looks not only useful but attractive. RHS has no info on it though, anyone know how hardy it actually is? Listed as a tropical groundcover plant on a couple of sites...

Maybe not hardy - Graham says his friend 'had' one, not has one.... can you clarify please Graham?

Its a gorgeous colour anyway. Hope it is hardy enough to survive where you are Graham.

Hi, I agree with the identification, and it's frost tender, needs a winter minimum temp of 50f, Derek.

Oh, I'm disappointed Derek! Though it has to be said, if I'm not familiar with a plant, it usually means its not hardy enough to be grown here with ease, sadly... but I live in hope of being proved wrong occasionally. I do like a blue flowered plant...

Hi, yes I know what you mean Bamboo, there are loads of plants that I would like in my garden, but are not hardy enough for my exposed garden on the pennines, maybe 1 day with global warming, just have to live long enough, Derek.

Evolvulus glomerata (Blue Daze) perhaps?
