i have a large phormium about six foot tall which has flowered for the first time,there seem to be pod like things growing at the end of the stalks are these seed pods and if they are when is the best time to cut them of and what is the best way to grow them

Previous question
Sow seed in spring under glass, grow on in individual pots under cover. Plant out the following year in Spring if they're big enough.
