Narcissus bulb fly
I found a narcissus bulb fly grub in one of my daffodils. The daffodil was not flowering and had droopy leaves. The other daffodil's are fine and I have disposed of the infected one.

I found these grubs in pots a few years ago. the actually fly looks a bit like a furry bee so is easy to get overlooked. I did a blog about them. you have done the correct thing.

It was one of the daffodils that I had in the back of the garden. The ones in the pots are doing well.

That is just about all you can do. If it was in a pot you must have emptied it to find the grub so repot the good bulbs in fresh compost, as well as you can. If in the ground there is not much to do.
