I always as my husband to open things that are to stiff for me. Can you find a big strong bloke to do it for you? Sometimes holding bottle and cap in a cloth of some sort gives you abetter grip. Those plastic caps are harder than metal ones which you can loosen by holding the cap under hot water for a few seconds. It might work with plastic?

Wear a rubber glove, gives a good grip.

is it a child proof top, like on medicine bottles? If so you have to push down and twist at the same time before it opens.

The last bottle I bought was a safety cap one and you do need to push down and turn at the same time, its no use trying an aid that will turn it harder, because it must be pushed down. I usually do that by gripping the bottle tightly in one hand and use the palm of the other hand to push down, hard, and rotate at the same time till it unlocks enough to turn with my fingers. And once you've got it open, I recommend you don't do it up tightly again, otherwise you end up having to release the safety lock every time - but its only safe to do that if you don't have kids about who might try and drink it.

Sometimes if you push a drawing pin into the outer lid, near but not on the edge, it'll fix the bits together to make it easier to twist off. Put the pin down & press the bottle top down on it is easiest

GG Does the hot water trick works with plastic caps?

In my experience, Steragram, it does not work if both the bottle and the cap are plastic, which Baby Bio now is.. I miss those old glass bottles!
