I bought these bulbs 3 years ago and this is the first time they’ve flowered. For the life of me I can not remember there name! Can someone please identify them. Many thanks.

Looks like a hungry Scilla peruviana

It looks like Merwilla plumbea (aka Scilla natalensis). Scilla peruviana is a fall-blooming species.
