Still not great - were the 'flowers' white - they're usually greenish yellow? it looks like the leaves are white at the top, are they, or is it just a bad photo?

Bad photo I think. The flowers were greenish yellow and the leaves are just a grey green and not as vivid as the newer green leaves at the base of the plant.

Prune as advised in the other answer then...
