Hi.
I have just ordered some Dahlia Tubers online from the states for 2009.......
I have paid for an 'agricultural inspection certificate' as part of the order price, have i totally wasted my money, will thse be allowed into the country ??????

Possibly not, I would check with your local Defra office to be sure.
