Can a cotoneaster be moved?

Answers

Depending on their size then yes, moved a couple on the allotment today, but with it being so dry they were heavily watered before moving them, both were smallish one a cotoneaster Cornubia the other horrizontallis.

technically yes but as Julien says it depends on size etc. Move it with the biggest root ball you can manage and then water the hole it is going into very well using approximately 1-2 the volume of the hole. Plant and then water again.
