Many flowers will change colors at least slightly in different weather conditions, Julia. In northern Arizona there is a kind of Firecracker Flower (Ipomopsis aggregata) that blooms scarlet in the summer, when it is pollinated by hummingbirds, and changes to white in the fall, when the humming birds go home, so then it is pollinated by moths at night!
