Hi Cherie...what’s your problem? Could it be that your image is too large? If so, you can resize it by right clicking on the thumbnail and opening with ‘paint’. This will allow you to resize your image. I think it has to be less than 3mb for a question...but not sure. It will tell you though, when you try to upload it. Good luck! k
