Anyone know what this is, it is growing on an old stump in my wee stumpery. No idea what tree the stump is from.This is the only plant of it's kind in the vicinity. Looks as if there are white flowers coming. Thank you.

my first thought was hosta but if its not been seen before I am not sure. can you take a close up of the emerging flower?

Didn't think of a hosta but I see where you are coming from. Will take some more piccies over the next few days and post them. Thank you for looking anyway. Feel very fortunate to have a garden especially just now.

Hi again think it is Pink Purslane (Claytonia Sibirica) which my husband thinks is called "Kiss me quick" but there again that might have been an invitation!!!I had a really good look at it today and the flowers, though not out, are beginning to look pink.
