Thanks...I have lots of germs in my back garden, but I do think this is a geranium....I seem to remember growing it from some rhs seed some years ago. I may be wrong, I have checked images for the geum you’ve suggested but the flower never seems to come out more than it does in my picture.

Also agree. I have a few round my pond . The flowers on those never open more than this either.

It is Geum rivale aka Water Avens, a native wild plant.

I agree with Bulbaholic. I have these in my garden at this stage. they never open more than this and are a native.

I have a salmon pink one which has spread nicely, and a new acquisition, geum poco which is a soft yellow. I love them both and they have both opened properly in semi shade. Absolutely love the dainty nodding heads and pretty foliage.

Hi Andrea. Not Geranium, but Geum. Could be Geum Mai Tai going by the pale peachy colour. But not sure. Lovely plants. Flowering from now until July. Just keep deadheading and it will keep flowering.
