Please can you identify this pesky weed - To me it's a real nuisance - my wife thinks it's quite pretty!

Same here. I remove them whenever I can. It's named after a monk called Robert who used it for healing. Not sure what he healed though, if anything.

All true, but I quite like them anyway. Depends what sort of garden you have. I let it grow in neglected wildish bits but not in the flower beds.

Yes herb Robert. I agree it is pretty but so smelly. I too leave it in the wilder areas but not in the formal beds.

Oh its herb robert (Geranium robertanium) - it is quite pretty, but spreads everywhere and I think it smells ghastly when you bruise the leaves or pull it up, I hate the smell... I'd call it a weed for sure, I remove them wherever I find them in the garden...
