My Euphorbia Humpty Dumpty seems to have begun dying, it's only two years old. Should I start again or hope it will revive next year? Can't see any thing self seeding!

I have a few, different euphorbias and they surprise me with their tenacity !
I've cut them back to ground level and they come back up again - when i thought they were 'goners' !!!
I'd try cutting yours back fairly hard and see if it rejuvenates it.
