Sorry to raise this again but I have a better photo this time - question is, are the plants shown spinach ? I now know they’re not basil. And if so are they ready to get up ? I’m itching to make onion and spinach with them.

Yes looks like Spinach - you can already harvest them. Tastes better sooner than later. They freeze really well.

yes they are spinach Hank. Ours look exactly the same.
