What type of palm is this? We are trying to figure out if it is toxic to our cat. Thank you for your expertise in advance.

Madagascar Dragon Tree (Dracaena marginata), and, sadly, toxic to cats, as Sbg says.

I think it might be dracaena or dragon tree. If it is then yes it is toxic to cats.
