I meant to say I also have L grandiflora and that is white. It stands about 2-21/2 ft tall.

Seaburngirl, I have Libertia Peregrinans in my front garden and I am apprehensive as to whether to divide them so seeing as you are growing them, have you tried to divide them and if so was it successful?

I have split my L grandiflora successfully before. two forks back to back worked well as did the bread knife method. I split mine in the early autumn which gave them time to settle in before the winter set in. They have continued to thrive.
What is yours like Jimmy? its not one that I know.

SBG, thanks for the info. I hope I've named them correctly. They have orange tops fading into green. I don't know too much about them when I bought them but was impressed with the flowers. I have just seen another variety called
Libertia Taupo Sunset that looks very impressive so I might take a punt on a couple.

I had taupo sunset but it didn't do well for me and died after 2 yrs. not really sure why as the others were very strong.

Libertia going by the flower.
L. caerulescens is what it looks like, if it is pale blue that is.
I posted a picture of mine yesterday, have a look and see if it matches.
