Congratulations on having a go at raising flowers from seed, and welcome to Goy..
Wait at least until their second set of true leaves are well established. The leaves you can see now are just the seed leaves and the true ones will be next. But you'll be lucky to get much bloom from such a late sowing on your Petunias, which really need sowing in the warm in early to mid spring..There is usually good advice about this on the seed packet so check that if you still have it. But your Achilleas are perennials so although they probably won't flower this year, or at least not until late, they should come back next year.
One of the sections in your tray has had good germination and are very crowded - you might think abut pulling some of them out to give the rest room to develop. If they are left ot grow like they are the roots will get tangled up wit each other and be hard to separate without damaging them.
Good luck! Let us know how you get on.

I would start moving them into brighter light right away: they look kind of pale and stretched already, but not badly, yet. Don't prick them out until they have several true leaves showing, though. Just for future reference, most Achillea species do better if you sow the seeds where the plants are to grow, and thinned out to the proper spacing later.

Snap, Stera!
James, Stera's answer is better and more complete. I didn't want to mention the lateness, since the timing in my climate is completely different, and I wouldn't be starting Petunia seeds until the beginning of September, since they are winter annuals, here.

Thanks for your reply, I have them in my attic which is warm and as a velux window south facing

As long as they are well within the cone of light from the window, and not just outside it. I've made that mistake myself.

And you need to turn the tray so that the seedlings don't grow lopsided trying to turn to the light. Just keep an eye on them and if they look as if they are all leaning one way, turn the tray.
