Is it too late to plant Gladiolus corms, and could I plant them in a tub ?

Thank you. I bought the corms some time ago so I'll try to plant them this week.

If they don't bloom this year, they probably will next.

if you have the corms already then you having nothing to loose as they wont survive until next year. They will grow well in a tub. you may need to but a stake in if they are in a windy spot though.
