yes it is and if you put a few petals in with rice as you cook it the rice turns yellow. they also 'pretty up' a salad too.

Calendula tea is very nice, calming and loaded with antioxcidents. Combine it with echanacea and a tea spoon of clover honey for a real treat and to send your cold or flu packing. Always use the new leaves up top for tea.

Yes, Calendula, and it will seed everywhere, so comes back year after year whether you want it to or not!
