Picea conica looking very brown on one side. Is there any way of persuading it to colour up, and if not, what have I done wrong with it?

Well, it is very windy up here but until we moved the pot out this side was facing a wall. It seems to have new shoots on it.

Thanks SBG. Will probably have to be ditched if it doesn't improve.

could be wind burn, usually brown areas don't re grow from what I have read.
see what others suggest.
