Good afternoon all, is there some reason why this Agapanthus is not opening all my other ones are in full bloom

is it a slightly shadier spot or a different variety?
I find they don't all open at the same time in my garden. I have 2 the same and one is in part shade and opens about 2 weeks after the other one starts.
