Could someone verify my thoughts about this plant please. I think it is a form of Verbascum. The leaves are rather woolly and light green.

Tis indeed one of the verbascums/mulliens. as to which one not 100% certain. but it is a native and good for the wildlife. it will flower next year. so if you need to move it now onto autumn is as good a time as any. When I find them in the garden they go to the back of the border.
